Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Palomino Moon Crystals is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is determined based on your location and the size of your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping
