Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Palomino Moon Crystals.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at michelle@palominomooncrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once your return is approved, additional instructions will be provided.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your return is accepted we will notify you once the item is received and inspected. Once your return is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that is may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
